Take a walk on the wild side at Kielder Water & Forest Park and meet some of the creatures that call our park home…

Competition Time

Snap a photo of something WILD at Kielder this summer and share it on social media using #wildatkielder. Your pic can be of anything that you spot while you are exploring; that could be an animal, plant, bird or even an insect!

The winner will receive:

• A family ticket for the magical Kielder Winter Wonderland 2017* 
• A professionally framed, giclee print of your winning image courtesy of Digitalab 
• The chance to see your photograph displayed at Kielder Castle for a month

We’ll be sharing our favourite entries to our thousands of social media friends throughout the competition – don’t miss your chance to make your wild subject a social media star.

Deadline: NOW EXTENDED TO midnight on Sunday 3rd September 2017

Please remember that our residents can be shy or defensive, especially if they have young with them, so be respectful and be careful not to disturb them while you are taking your picture. There are a variety of hides spread across the park that offer the best opportunities to see the forest come alive!
