November is a great time to come to Kielder to see our fabulous dark skies - and everything else!
Kielder Observatory events are back at the observatory, and they also have a full programme of events at Twice Brewed.
There’s lots to do, whether it’s a wander along the Room on the Broom Trail, exploring some of our walling and cycling routes, or visiting the Kielder Bird of Prey Centre which is open daily 10.30-3pm – no need to book ahead.
We have had some wonderfully warm weather lately, but we suspect that might not last, so make sure you wrap up warm and are prepared for whatever the weather throws at us - if you have to get your sunglasses out again, that’s a bonus!
A couple of seasonal things to be aware of: Tower Knowe Visitor Centre and Cafe is now closed for the winter, as is the Forest Drive, and Kielder Bike Hire is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Kielder Winter Wonderland is back from the end of the month!
