Cock Stoor Viewpoint

Overview

A patch of Scots Pine trees sit on the corner of the Belling inlet and Kielder Water on the north shore. This area is known as Cock Stoor and within the pines is 55/02, an angular steel shelter which is part of the art and architecture programme and is named after the latitude and longitude of the area. Arrange the seating to take in views of the Belling inlet or across the main body of water towards the Belling peninsula, dam and Tower Knowe.
