Belling Viewpoint

Overview

The southern point of the Belling peninsula on Kielder Waterâ€™s north shore, provides stunning views which take in the dam, valve tower, Tower Knowe Visitor Centre, Whickhope inlet and Bull Crag peninsula. This is also the location for Wave Chamber, part of the art and architecture programme. A â€œbell-shapedâ€ stone shelter, which projects an image of the water onto its floor, which appears to become liquid. The Belling is a great area to explore and a haven for deer in particular.
