The Bike Place in Kielder
Type: Cycle
Mountain Bike Hire at Kielder Water and Forest Park. Open all year round, 7 days a week, 9:30 - 5:30. From October to April our opening times may vary due to extremes of weather and early darkness. Please check with staff on 01434 250457, or if no reply contact our Newcastle store on 0845 6341895.
We have a large range of bikes and equipment available for hire, to suit all ages/abilities. At most times of the year we have full suspension demo bikes available to try before you buy. An extensive range of clothing, accessories and spare parts are available all year round.
As well as a hot drinks machine, The Bike Place has now installed a wood burning stove to help you warm up on those colder days!!
Road Directions
From the South - Follow the C200 alongside Kielder Water to Kielder village. On the approach go past the right turn for the village and we are situated 100m along the main road on your left hand side.
From the North - On the C200 you will find us on your right, at the old Garage site, 100m before the left turn into Kielder village.
