The Kielder Conference & Training Centre is based at Leaplish Waterside Park and is a truly stunning setting for a distinctive conference venue. Here you can escape distractions and focus solely on your business in the most tranquil place in England*.
Accommodating groups of up to 100 delegates, the dedicated conference team will design an individual package to suit your needs. Our facilities provide for all your business needs and your accommodation will be in one of our luxury lodges.
The Park offers the perfect backdrop for indoor or outdoor team building/management development programmes. The versatility of the surroundings will provide inspiration and stimulate creativity.
Relax in the bar and restaurant or take a sauna and swim at the end of the day. Individual hospitality occasions can be arranged.

Calvert Trust Kielder
Calvert Trust Kielder offers challenging activity day visits or short breaks that defy the formalities of the workplace. Heighten adrenalin levels, develop cohesion and provide a team building experience with a difference!
Additionally, conference facilities include flip chart boards, OHP and DVD projector, plus a conference room available at an extra charge (booking required). Calvert Trust Kielder can also accommodate up to 70 delegates in 4-star Scandinavian lodges on site.

Hosting events in Kielder Water & Forest Park
As a large working forest, we welcome members of the public who wish to host large events. If you do wish to use the forest estate for a specific purpose, you will require a permit.
The Forestry Commission issues permits for many different reasons including survey work, events (such as rallies), firewood permits and vehicle access. If you wish to acquire a permit, are unsure whether your proposed activity requires a permit or for further information about the permit system please contact Laura Hull on 01434 220242 or laura.hull@forestry.gsi.gov.uk.
