Overview

Sponsored dog walk, raising funds for the charity, Wag & Company North East Friendship Dogs, who enable professionally assessed volunteers and their dogs to befriend the elderly. The Walk, to be opened by one of the older people the Charity visits, is a 10km circular route along the lakeside but with a 3km option. Not everyone needs to bring a dog, all walking dogs must be on leads, water, dog and human treats are provided at points along the route. T shirts will be handed out at registration. The 3km route is wheelchair accessible with assistance.
