Overview
Starting and finishing at Kielder Castle, the event consists of a 8km trail run followed by a 20km mountain bike, incorporating the new blue graded bike trail, finishing with a final 6km trail run. Due to the time of year both runs will be staying fairly low on a good mix of forest tracks and woodland trails. The run routes are not too hilly or steep. The courses will be fully marked, therefore no navigational skills are needed.
