For all events, please bring waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear. There’s a whole load of wild food all around us; it’s just a matter of knowing what is edible, what is poisonous and what to do with it. We’ll give you an introduction to this fascinating subject looking at aspects of identification, discussing preparation and doing some tasting of the raw ingredients.
