Fitzroy’s at The Comb

Fitzroy’s at The Comb, part of Reivers Experience, can be found in a beautiful, restored farmstead set in 60 acres of countryside, just 3.5 miles from Greenhaugh and 8 miles from Bellingham.

Open daily from 10.00am to 7.00pm (July until September) Fitzroy’s is the perfect place whether you’re looking for a quick sandwich and coffee before you head out into the countryside or a more leisurely lunch where you can unwind, and our friendly staff ensure you’ll receive a warm welcome and great service.

Fitzroy’s offers a varied menu, featuring light meals, sandwiches and daily specials, all home-made from locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, plus there’s a special children’s menu. We offer a wide range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, plus tea, coffee and other hot refreshments. There is a pretty outside terrace for al fresco dining, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Northumbrian countryside – and dogs are welcome in this area.

We understand that keeping children entertained can expensive, so we have a range of free facilities (inside and outside) to keep them occupied and a few for you too! Outside you’ll find giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, a grass volleyball court and more; and if the weather’s not great, there’s a children’s playroom, board games, books and magazines; Reivers also offers an array of outdoor pursuits including clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking, blowpiping, archery and paintball.
