Pond Dipping
Search for creatures in the water and discover more about life in the pond. All nets, trays and equipment provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear according to the weather. Insect repellent recommended.
Road Directions
From Newcastle or Carlisle, follow the A69 to Hexham then follow the B6320 to Bellingham (brown-signed Kielder Water & Forest) and take the C200 to Kielder Water & Forest Park.
From Jedburgh/Edinburgh take the A68 south to Otterburn, then the B6320 to Bellingham and follow the brown signs to Kielder Water & Forest Park along the C22.
Bakethin car park is sign-posted from the C200.
Please remember to fill up your tank before you begin your journey as there are no petrol stations in the immediate Kielder Water & Forest Park area.
