No Fear MTB Night Ride
For those who have never done night riding, enjoy the chance to try a completely new experience from daylight riding. For those who already enjoy the night rides this is a chance to explore new routes and develop their skills.
Rides are aimed at intermediate riders and will include some sections of single track. Bike hire and lights will be available to hire or you can bring your own. Dress warmly for the occasion. All rides will be led by a Purple Mountain Guide and include hot grub. Come and enjoy The Ultimate Night Out. 16yr +.
Road Directions
From Newcastle or Carlisle, follow the A69 to Hexham then follow the B6320 to Bellingham (brown-signed Kielder Water & Forest) and take the C200 to Kielder Water & Forest Park.
From Jedburgh/Edinburgh take the A68 south to Otterburn, then the B6320 to Bellingham and follow the brown signs to Kielder Water & Forest Park along the C200.
Purple Mountain Bike Hire Centre is situated within Kielder Village, next to Kielder Castle and sign-posted from the C200.
Please remember to fill up your tank before you begin your journey as there are no petrol stations in the immediate Kielder Water & Forest Park area.
